Three things decide whether an estimating fee was worth paying, and we deliver on all three.
Quantities come from digital takeoff, and pricing is built from zip code based RS Means data combined with live supplier quotes. That means your number reflects your local market and not a national average.
Most single trade and mid size packages are ready within 24 to 48 hours. For larger multi division bids, we quote a firm delivery date along with the fee.
Small single trade takeoffs can cost under $100, and the average is around $200. You pay per project, with no retainer and no hourly billing.

Payment terms
Once we review your plans, you receive a quote that includes the invoice and the delivery date. Approve it and pay by credit card, debit card, or PayPal, or call +1 (346) 358-6424 and we will take your payment over the phone. Work begins as soon as the payment clears, and amendments or reviews are never charged extra.
