1Our Services
We specialize in residential, commercial, and industrial projects, handling estimates for new construction, remodeling, renovations, high-rises, multifamily housing, retail spaces, wastewater treatment plants, cogeneration plants, warehouses, and highways & bridges. Estimator Expert works with General Contractors, Subcontractors, Architects, Real Estate Developers, Owners, Lenders, Appraisers, and more.
We handle all CSI divisions and construction trades, including Civil, Structural, Drywall, Framing, Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Roofing, Flooring, Structural & Misc. Steel, Thermal & Moisture Protection, Fire Suppression, Sitework, and Lumber takeoffs, all with detailed breakdowns.
We rely on trusted industry databases such as RS Means and the National Cost Estimator by Craftsman (zip-code based pricing, updated several times a year), ensuring every bid stays competitive and accurate.
Never. As the team behind Estimator Expert, we hold ourselves to strict ethical standards. Sharing or reusing a client's estimate would breach trust and damage long-term business relationships, something we simply don't do. We also guide our clients on staying competitive, winning more bids, and improving their overall bid-hit ratio.
No problem at all. Share whatever details and specifications you have, and our estimators will use their experience and industry data to put together a preliminary estimate.
Yes! We regularly work with Architects, Developers, and Design & Engineering firms during early planning stages. Even with preliminary drawings or specs, our team can deliver accurate estimates for procurement, supply, or design purposes.
Very. Our estimators include engineers, trade specialists, field superintendents, and project managers. We use zip-code based pricing that factors in inflation, material shortages, import/export tariffs, and even natural disasters.
2Our Payment Process
Simply send your plans and project details to info@estimatorexpert.com. Our estimators will review everything and get back to you with a quote and expected turnaround time. Once you accept the quote, we'll send an invoice, work begins right after payment and is delivered within the agreed timeframe.
Every project differs in size and scope, so we review your drawings and scope of work first. Just upload your plans below and we'll get back to you with a quote in minutes. Quotes are always negotiable, we encourage clients to share plans first, get a quote, and then work out final pricing together. Over 95% of our quotes are accepted as-is.
We typically work on a per-project basis, though we can set up an hourly arrangement depending on your needs. Our services are built for busy contractors and can save up to 60% compared to hiring an in-house estimator.
We send invoices through QuickBooks or PayPal, whichever you prefer. Credit cards are accepted, and you'll also receive a secure payment link by email.
Minor revisions are free of charge. Larger addendums may carry a small fee, and bid-filing services are billed separately.
